Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lanpages, operated by Interworking AI Solutions Limited, Licensed in DIFC · Innovation One, Level 3, Dubai, UAE, including its websites, applications, artificial intelligence features, Lanpage creation tools, customer relationship management tools, analytics, campaign tracking, custom-domain functionality, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, brokerage, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Lanpages Service

Lanpages is a technology platform designed to assist real estate professionals and businesses in creating, publishing, managing, promoting, and tracking real estate marketing pages (“Lanpages”), campaigns, enquiries, leads, and related marketing activities.

The Services may allow users to upload brochures, documents, photographs, images, renders, floor plans, logos, videos, and other property or project materials; use artificial intelligence to analyze, organize, summarize, rewrite, generate, format, or transform such materials; create and publish Lanpages; capture and manage enquiries and leads; connect custom domains; connect supported advertising and analytics services; and track marketing and sales performance.

Lanpages provides technology and software tools. Lanpages is not the developer, property owner, advertiser, broker, real estate agent, seller, or authorized representative of properties or projects promoted by users unless expressly stated otherwise.

The availability of a project, property, brand, developer, or other content on a Lanpage does not mean that Lanpages has verified, approved, endorsed, or authorized that content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must promptly notify Lanpages if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You may not create accounts using false identities or information or use another person's or organization's identity without authorization.

3. User Content

“User Content” means any content uploaded, submitted, entered, selected, provided, generated at your direction, or otherwise made available through your account, including text, brochures, PDFs, documents, photographs, images, renders, floor plans, logos, videos, trademarks, project information, property information, pricing, payment plans, availability information, and other materials.

You retain any ownership rights you hold in your User Content.

By providing User Content to Lanpages, you grant Lanpages a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, access, reproduce, process, format, modify, adapt, transmit, and display such User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services and carry out your instructions.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and authorizations necessary for Lanpages to process the User Content in accordance with your instructions.

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are legally entitled to upload, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, advertise, distribute, display, or publish User Content.

Lanpages does not acquire ownership of User Content merely because the content is uploaded to or processed through the Services.

4. Content Authorization

Whenever you upload or provide third-party content to Lanpages, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and authorizations to upload, use, reproduce, process, modify, adapt, and publish such content through Lanpages.

This includes, without limitation, content contained in or obtained from:

• PDF brochures;
• developer marketing materials;
• property brochures;
• photographs;
• images;
• architectural renders;
• floor plans;
• videos;
• logos;
• project presentations;
• documents; and
• other third-party marketing materials.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, third-party rights, advertising requirements, and any restrictions applicable to the content or its source.

Possession of or access to a brochure, image, document, or other material does not constitute a representation by Lanpages that you have the legal right to use or publish it.

Lanpages processes content at the direction of its users and does not independently verify or guarantee the ownership, licensing, permissions, accuracy, or authorization of content uploaded or provided by users.

5. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Lanpages may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to analyze User Content and generate, organize, rewrite, summarize, structure, format, enhance, or otherwise transform content.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, or unintended results.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

You are responsible for verifying all material information, including:

• property and project descriptions;
• developer information;
• prices;
• availability;
• unit types;
• unit sizes and measurements;
• specifications;
• amenities;
• floor plans;
• completion and handover dates;
• payment plans;
• fees;
• locations;
• investment information;
• projected or estimated returns; and
• other property, project, or commercial information.

Lanpages does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted content is accurate, complete, current, legally compliant, or suitable for any particular advertising, regulatory, investment, or commercial purpose.

6. Publication Responsibility

Before publishing a Lanpage, you are responsible for reviewing its complete content.

By publishing a Lanpage, you confirm that you have reviewed the content and that, to the best of your knowledge, the information and materials contained on the Lanpage are accurate and authorized for publication.

You are responsible for maintaining and updating published information where prices, availability, payment plans, project information, regulations, or other circumstances change.

7. Custom Domains

Lanpages may allow users to connect custom domains registered or managed through third-party domain registrars or service providers.

Users are solely responsible for the registration, ownership, control, renewal, configuration, legality, and use of any custom domain connected to the Services.

Lanpages does not register, verify, approve, clear, or determine the availability, legality, ownership, or intellectual property status of custom domains connected by users.

The ability to connect or publish a Lanpage using a custom domain does not constitute approval, verification, authorization, endorsement, or confirmation by Lanpages that the domain may lawfully be used.

Users must ensure that their domains and use of those domains comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, trademark and intellectual property rights, and the terms and policies of the relevant domain registrar or provider.

Users may not use the Services with a domain that unlawfully infringes third-party rights, impersonates another person or organization, facilitates phishing or fraud, or is used in a deceptive or unlawful manner.

Lanpages may restrict, disconnect, suspend, or disable the use of a custom domain with the Services where Lanpages reasonably believes such action is necessary to address suspected fraud, phishing, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, security concerns, or a valid complaint.

Lanpages does not control the underlying registration of custom domains registered with third-party providers and is not responsible for domain registration disputes, renewals, transfers, expirations, DNS configuration, registrar actions, or disputes between users and third parties regarding domain ownership or rights.

8. Third-Party Brands and Affiliations

Users must not use Lanpages to falsely represent or imply that a Lanpage is an official website, advertisement, publication, or communication of a developer, property owner, hotel brand, brokerage, real estate agency, trademark owner, project, or other third party unless authorized to make such representation.

The use of third-party names, trademarks, logos, project names, photographs, renders, branding, and other intellectual property remains the responsibility of the user.

Lanpages does not endorse, sponsor, represent, or verify any developer, project, property, brokerage, agent, hotel brand, company, or organization merely because content relating to it is created, processed, hosted, or published through the Services.

9. Real Estate Information and Regulatory Compliance

Lanpages provides technology and does not independently verify property or project information uploaded, entered, generated, or published by users.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their Lanpages, advertisements, campaigns, property promotions, and communications comply with all applicable laws, regulations, real estate licensing requirements, advertising requirements, permits, approvals, and other regulatory obligations applicable to the user and the jurisdiction in which the property or marketing activity occurs.

Users are responsible for holding any licenses, registrations, permits, advertising approvals, or authorizations required for their activities.

Lanpages does not provide legal, investment, financial, tax, brokerage, or real estate advice.

10. Fraud, Phishing and Payment Solicitation

Lanpages may not be used for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

Users must not use Lanpages to:

• impersonate a developer, property owner, brokerage, agent, brand, financial institution, or other person or organization;
• create fake or fictitious property or project offerings;
• knowingly advertise properties, projects, units, prices, or availability that do not exist or are materially misleading;
• falsely claim authority to sell, reserve, market, or represent a property or project;
• engage in phishing, identity theft, payment fraud, or similar deceptive conduct;
• request money using false, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent representations;
• provide fraudulent payment instructions; or
• use a Lanpage to mislead visitors about the identity, authority, affiliation, sponsorship, or legitimacy of the person or organization publishing the page.

Lanpages may immediately suspend or disable a Lanpage, account, or connected custom domain where Lanpages reasonably suspects fraud, phishing, impersonation, unauthorized payment solicitation, or other activity that could harm users or third parties.

11. Leads, CRM and Personal Data

The Services may allow users to collect and manage information submitted by prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, investors, or other individuals.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their collection, processing, storage, use, disclosure, and marketing use of personal information through Lanpages complies with applicable privacy, data-protection, direct-marketing, telecommunications, and electronic-communications laws.

Users are responsible for providing required privacy notices and obtaining any consent required for their intended communications and marketing activities.

12. Third-Party Services and Advertising Platforms

Lanpages may integrate with third-party platforms, including advertising, analytics, social-media, tracking, pixel, API, domain, and campaign-management services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.

Lanpages does not control and is not responsible for third-party account suspensions, advertising approvals or rejections, campaign performance, advertising costs, algorithm changes, tracking limitations, third-party outages, or changes made by third-party providers.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use Lanpages to:

• upload or publish content you are not authorized to use;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• falsely claim affiliation, endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or partnership;
• falsely represent a Lanpage as an official developer, project, company, or brand website;
• publish fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading property information;
• create fake projects, properties, units, or investment opportunities;
• engage in phishing, fraud, identity theft, or deceptive payment solicitation;
• advertise properties or projects in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• collect or process personal information unlawfully;
• distribute unlawful unsolicited marketing communications;
• upload malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• attempt unauthorized access to Lanpages or third-party systems;
• circumvent access controls, security mechanisms, or technical restrictions;
• connect a custom domain you do not own, control, or have authorization to use;
• connect or use a custom domain that infringes or unlawfully uses a third party's trademark, trade name, project name, brand, or other intellectual property;
• use a domain, subdomain, page title, branding, or other identifier to create a false or misleading impression regarding the source, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or official status of a Lanpage;
• conduct fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unlawful activities; or
• assist another person in violating these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property Complaints, Domains and Content Removal

Lanpages respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Services to do the same.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and authorizations for content, trademarks, logos, brand names, project names, and domain names they upload, connect, process, modify, or publish through Lanpages.

If you believe that content published through Lanpages or a custom domain connected to Lanpages infringes your copyright, trademark, trade name, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint through our Report Content page or to legal@lanpages.com.

Your complaint should include:

• Your full name and contact information.
• Identification of the rights you believe are being infringed.
• Identification of the rights holder.
• The URL of the relevant Lanpage and, where applicable, the custom domain involved.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
• An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
• Evidence of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder, where reasonably available.
• Confirmation that the information provided is accurate.

Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Lanpages may investigate the matter and may restrict, suspend, disable, disconnect, or remove access to the disputed content or custom domain while the matter is reviewed.

Lanpages may contact the user responsible for the content or domain and request evidence demonstrating authorization.

Depending on the circumstances, Lanpages may restore, restrict, disable, disconnect, or permanently remove the disputed content from the Services.

Lanpages may suspend or terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly or materially violate intellectual property rights, third-party rights, these Terms, or Lanpages policies.

Lanpages is a technology provider and does not independently adjudicate ownership disputes.

15. Right to Remove Content and Suspend Accounts

Lanpages reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, restrict, suspend, disable, or remove content, Lanpages, accounts, or connected domains where Lanpages reasonably believes they may violate applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, or Lanpages policies, or may expose Lanpages, its users, or others to legal, regulatory, security, fraud, or reputational risk.

16. Lanpages Intellectual Property

The Lanpages platform, software, technology, interfaces, designs, systems, databases, branding, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials belonging to Lanpages are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted through the Services, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit Lanpages technology or proprietary materials.

17. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain Services may require payment of subscription, usage, seat, domain-related, or other fees.

Pricing, billing cycles, included features, usage limits, and applicable taxes will be displayed at the time of purchase or described in the applicable subscription plan.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the applicable subscription terms.

Lanpages may modify pricing or subscription plans upon reasonable notice.

18. No Guarantee of Results

Lanpages provides technology and marketing tools but does not guarantee any particular commercial result.

Lanpages does not guarantee traffic, leads, enquiries, conversion rates, sales, transactions, commissions, investment returns, search-engine rankings, advertising performance, or other business results.

19. Service Availability

Lanpages may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services.

Lanpages does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, security events, infrastructure providers, third-party services, or circumstances outside Lanpages' reasonable control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Lanpages does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every user's particular purpose.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lanpages and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost commissions, lost opportunities, lost data, advertising losses, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or relating to the Services.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lanpages, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to:

• your User Content;
• your use or publication of third-party content;
• your use of a custom domain;
• your violation of intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• your advertising or marketing activities;
• fraudulent or misleading activities conducted through your account;
• your violation of applicable laws or regulations; or
• your breach of these Terms.

23. Suspension and Termination

Lanpages may suspend or terminate access to the Services where a user materially or repeatedly violates these Terms, fails to pay applicable fees, creates security or legal risk, infringes third-party rights, engages in suspected fraudulent activity, or uses the Services unlawfully.

24. Changes to These Terms

Lanpages may update these Terms from time to time.

Where appropriate, users will be notified of material changes.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
